Information of the introductory course shall obligatory be verbally deliv ered at lectures and seminars on the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi ―On Salvation and Eternal Harmonious Development.

For teaching the Teachings, you can get a personal license, a sublicense or sign a contract with an organization that has a license to propagate the Teachings.
